Egg boxes

Cardboard egg boxes can be recycled at one of Merseyside's 14 Household Waste Recycling Centres or via local paper banks. Alternatively, tear them up to use for composting. Try to avoid polystyrene egg boxes as these cannot be broken down or recycled. Some local butchers and grocers will take egg boxes for re-use. Fibre egg boxes can be composted or recycled in the cardboard skips at all 14 Merseyside Household Waste Recycling Centres.
